Mary Cooper Home is a Home for the aged members of society and was established in 1928 with a donation made by Mrs. Mary Cooper, on the eve of her deparure for the UK. It is heavily subsidized by the East India Charitable Trust, which has contributed largely to effect improvements, innovations and amenities.

The Home has accommodation for 24 male and female residents; presently there are 14 residents.
